Baby Wedge

Baby WedgeShould I put baby on his back or use a corner?

My baby is 4 days old great strength to the body, and rolled over on its side bassenete even if I put him on the back. It always ends up face-first on the side, and I'm worried about SIDS. Then I started to use a wedge into a crib to keep her quiet and safe, but I heard it was not safe either. (People say that you must place it on back anytime!) Any advice?

If you lay your baby on her back and bring some food or milk and it can not deliver then it could choke. I always put my babies in their cribs with a corner. In this way, the offending food will run out of their mouths. You can hear her cry and be able to help. If she is on her back, she may not be able to scream if it is offensive or gagging.

swaddle the baby and try to look at her and let him sleep on their backs.

She learns to turn his head side then.
You do not have to wake up and feed her every 1 to 2 hours so just check his

Baby blankets fold 2 and affix each side by DOWN SO IT WILL hips to prevent rolling on OTHER THAN while keeping a good eye on its U Do not want to use a corner right away, until NOT that a few months oh and make sure there's nothing in his crib through the head, including a border

If your baby is only four days, I still doubt the bedroom / her on the back or in a sleep positioner. The corners are generally used under the mattress of the head of your mattress and for older babies. Sleep positioners that you place between are supposed to be pretty sure I have not heard otherwise. As the child grows and shows a preference for sleeping positions so you might consider letting her sleep on her stomach. My two babies want to sleep on his stomach. The key is to keep the bed clear of stuffed animals and loose bedding that could cause suffocation. Use your common sense, our parents probably never heard of us sleep on our backs and we survived. :) You must do what makes you feel like it is safer, and if placed on the back all the time give you peace of mind to stick to that. When she gets big enough, she goes to sleep but she wants anyway.

The Academy
Pediatrics states that they must sleep on their backs.

Do you wrap of (swaddling)? It should not be able to move much if you do. I know how afraid of SIDS. My youngest sister died from sudden infant death (which he was called then) 20 years ago. I was so paranoid, and made sure she was still on his back. I wake up and check his so any times a night. When she slept all night that was not really benefiting me, lol. It was a roll of late (11 months) and when she learned to ride on the belly I want to go so often and put on his back. I went to the extreme. But what we do when we have kids. We will do everything to keep them safe. I just want to see if his jersey makes the difference, so I do not know what I would do. Sorry, I'm not a great help to the end. Success

They recommend that newborns and infants lay on small they are back, but I know from experience that some children drive. try to corner a little raise each side and keep up, but if it continues to run you might just need to monitor and ensure that it is not in a position where it hurts.

you should ask him on his back

I would swaddle her or u could buy things that u can corner on both sides of her thats what I did .. .. they worked great!

You should swaddle him in this way, it will remain in a place. If you swaddle, it does not move.

I was always told to put my baby on her back. You'll always worry, but if the doctors say it prevents SIDS, you should listen them.Maybe ask your pediatrician if he / she has a little advice.Good chance.
