Cross Country Running Shoes

Cross Country Running ShoesHow long does it take to break cross-country running shoes?

How long does it take to break in running shoes for cross country?

after a few races, depending on the shoe.

a word to the wise: do not wear shoes for the first time during a meeting, always use them in practice, some time before a meeting to prevent (hopefully) light bulbs and pains.

Just start wearing them, you do not really need to "break", because what will happen on your first race

I found that after two rounds, they are a bit broken in. If you want to cut faster but try it. Remove your shoes and bend or pull the tip of the shoe near the heel. Place a rubber band around it and let stand for 1 night, like. They should be comfortable enough for your first race. Cheers!

I would recommend to take a walk before you run. Then, run with them for five days or less and must be broken in. Everyone is different, and try to listen to your body.
Good luck!

It takes a few tracks to get used to. If they are really hinged on the bottom so it might take less. If you want you could wear them around the house for a while until you get used to them (unless they are points - then you ruin the floor!) I found that when I run on paths in the woods, they broke more quickly than when I run on the road (I have no idea why.)
