Ecko Kids

I want to order a pair of shoes ecko Marc and I'm not sure what size to get. I want the shoes come in both women and girls and I'm not sure the size to go from one. I usually wear a Nike 4 children and 51 / 2 or 6 in women can someone tell me how to run Marc ecko shoes ???????????

They do run .. small or large, but they extend (growing) if you wear them a lot.
