Inline Hockey Wheels

Use a screwdriver to put the wheel with the point that it passes obliquely between the two bearings and gently pry up, turn to the opposite side of the bearing and lifting and it will work its way loose. you can spray WD 40 and it should slide off easier once you can get between the bearing and the plastic.
