Insoles For High Heels

I have a great pair of heels. I enjoy going to them, but after a night march and dance in them, my feet are purple and numb. I wonder if the gel insoles for high heels really. I do not need to worry about their show in these shoes.

There are some good products out there, and I tried several of them, but these shows here in the link below are the best I've ever used! They are specially designed for high heels as 2.5 inches and more. They relieve the pressure that many feel your feet by wearing heels and it really helps to mitigate the impact. You can also get those for the ball away too saw this link or double. The great thing about these shoes is that you can transfer them from shoe to shoe so that you do not need to buy several pairs.
