instructions please.

youll need a gun to pierce rivets or things that fit into the blade holder. then you need a frame that matches your boot. after that you need to get a rivet gun and rivets long enough to hold the chassis to boot. its really easy if you know what parts are and what you're doing it.
so heres everything you'll need for the project finished

If you did not know what a rivet is then go to the hardware
they should be able to help. and if you do not know what
youre doing, I think you can go to the skate shop and they
should be able to do it for you

A rivet-on Blade Runner Ice hockey / owner, get a frame (make sure it is) with wheels, bearings + axes that you want on them. Where are you? I know several places known in California who have done this to me over the years.
Another option is to get the RBK 5k as a roller hockey skate (Inlinewarehouse.com Hockeymonkey.com or should have them - but I'm not sure, as I use for the mission roller) may be a little more expencive but this way you can keep your ice skates <<comme>> for when you need it for their intended use.
