Small Wheels

I have a KX 85 small wheel and I was wondering if I could put on big wheels (if even possible) my friend has a big wheel member. 150R. If you can increase how much the seat height?

I know with the Honda, you can just put wheels on bigger but it would pay to check by calling a dealer kx you do not have to change the swingarm as on some bikes you do.

As Auburn said, just check the dealer to see if both models use the same swing arm. If you are good.
